Our laser cutting has excellent surface waste removal capabilities, especially for small and complex parts, and is a good choice for difficult to cut materials. If you are in the design phase of the project, laser cutting can provide samples quickly and without increasing mold costs. The roll-to-roll process is suitable for applications where high precision is required.

Laser ablation is a process in which hard parts of the surface of a material are removed by irradiation of a laser beam. ITO and other sputtered films can also be laser excised.

Water flow cutting is suitable for thick materials such as foam which often have a concave section during die cutting. The section of the product cut by water jet is very smooth and flat. Water jets are good for sample, thick, large, heat-resistant materials such as silicone and some complex designs that require no error.
