hob

Cutting is done by applying rolling pressure to a round knife. We die cut sheets or coils to form the material, thereby improving the accuracy of the product.

Flat knife

The product is formed by pneumatic mechanical pressure using a mold. Less, larger and thicker production materials are suitable for flat knife die cutting.

snap

In rapid production, the material is pressed through a set of molds that work together. Suitable for high yield and high precision production materials.

Mixed die cutting

Die cutting using a variety of die cutting methods. Hybrid die cutting requires multiple operators to operate simultaneously.

stamping

In the stamping process, the material is pressed from the upper die through the pressure from the top down. Stamping production efficiency is higher.

Multilayer composite

A variety of materials are formed after the composite machine.

Regional custom tape

The glue of the custom pattern is compounded on the material while the die is cut, leaving the glue only on the specified area.

Half cut

Half cutting is a kind of product and PET release film composite together, die cutting through the product but not cut through the PET release film, so that the product can be rolled into a roll, easier to place.

Handle and backing paper

When die-cutting the product, the upper and lower release film is extended than the product to form the handle and the backing paper, which will make it easy to access a single product.

Punch die cutting

This process does not take the material away from the original strip, but leaves a perforated area in the strip until it is necessary to separate them.
